Policies

We require 24 hours notice minimum for cancellations or reschedule requests. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged. If you have purchased a course, your session will be classed as a “used session”. If you pay as you go, you will need to pay the full amount before being able to rebook. If you have paid in advance, you will not be refunded. No show appointments will incur a rebooking fee of £15 before their next appointment can go ahead as well as losing the session. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to waive this fee. Unfortunately starting your period on the day, covid, or general sickness cannot be classed as an exceptional circumstance.

Periods when having laser

We totally understand periods cannot always be tracked and can be unpredictable, so it is completely fine to continue your sessions on your period. All we ask is that you wear a tampon/cup or similar for health and safety reasons! Most people carry on their treatments as normal during their periods but if you are not comfortable, you must give us as much notice as possible to reschedule. 

Payments

Payment is to be made before leaving the premises via bank transfer, cash, or PayPal. If you have booked a promotional offer, the full amount minus your deposit will need to be paid on your first session unless otherwise stated. If you are paying by the session, you will need to pay for your next session in advance when booking. If you wish, you can pay the full amount upon booking instead of a deposit.

Deposits

We are unable to reserve appointments without payment, therefore your booking is not secure without a deposit being paid. Deposits are non refundable. You have 3 months to begin your treatment from your deposit being paid.

Aftercare

We cannot accept liability for adverse reactions when aftercare is not followed. Before, during and up to 6 weeks after, your laser treatment you must avoid sun exposure completely. You must gently exfoliate your treated skin weekly and you must not wax or epilate. False tan can be used in between sessions but MUST be removed for your session. If you arrive to your appointment wearing false tan, we will not be able to treat you and the cancellation policy will apply meaning you will lose the session. Strictly no exceptions. Top up/maintenance sessions will be required to completely maintain your results. The frequency of which will vary by individual however on average 1 session every 6-12 months is required. 

Individual Results

Whilst we will manage your expectations individually after your consultation, as a blanket disclaimer we must advise that individual results vary. Please understand that you are undergoing permanent hair reduction that we cannot undo. Results will depends on your skin type, hair type, and the presence/absence of some medical conditions. An average of 6-8 sessions will be required however this will vary depending on the above factors. 

Lateness

When lateness cannot be avoided please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. 

Unfortunately if you are more than 15 minutes late we will not be able to treat you and you will be classed as a no show losing the session and incurring a £15 fee.
